(Egg Custard Coffee)

Ingredients

20g Saigon Phin Daklak coffee (or 3 Tbsp)
100g water (or 4oz water) at 200˚F

1/2 Tbsp Sugar
1 egg yolk
1 Tbsp hot water (180˚F)
a few drops of vanilla
2 Tbsp condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Brew phin coffee (See recipe below)
  2. In a seperate container, whisk together sugar, egg yolk, vanilla, and hot water until soft peaks
  3. Add condensed milk to mixture
  4. Pour egg custard over coffee and serve
