Nostalgic from memories and stories told of cafes in the busy streets of Saigon, we set out to educate ourselves and bring the authentic Vietnamese coffee drinking experience to America with coffee sourced & roasted in Vietnam.
Saigon Phin Daklak is our signature custom-roasted blend of robusta, peaberry, arabica & soybean, direct from our family’s coffee production facility in Saigon. Originally created to be cupped and served as traditional Vietnamese iced coffee using a phin, we have expanded into cold brewing & nitro serving methods.
